Trainee Recruitment Consultant Belfast City Centre Reperio Human Capital is a leading IT specialist consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses primarily on the growing technology market in Ireland and the United States. We currently have operations in Belfast, Dublin and in 2023, we opened our two brand-new offices in the United States (Tampa Florida and Raleigh North Carolina). We're still growing, and we are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team in Belfast. This role offers the chance to manage your own niche desk and make a significant impact on the tech recruitment market. From day one, you will be responsible for handling both candidate and client relationships, with your growth potential entirely in your hands. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, confident, and financially driven. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant: Sourcing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for current or future job openings Staying informed about industry trends, providing market insight and manage expectations. Building relationships with clients, and generating new business through cold calling, and chasing leads Representing candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback Ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and making successful placements for both the client and candidate What can you expect joining Reperio? Full autonomy to run your own niche desk, within the Irish tech market. On the job 1:1 training from our In-House Trainor and HR Manager (8-10 weeks). A competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission scheme (Year 1 OTE £35,000-£45,000). Career development plan: performance-based progression opportunities.
