Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to £100million+. Job role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + package (DOE) Duration: Permanent Location: West London Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities: Prepare tender and contract documents Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc Undertake cost analysis Arrange payments and value completed worksSenior Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills: Strong communication skills Experience working for a Subcontractor Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role Planned maintenance experience Knowledge of construction and commercial awarenessTo apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you
