Housing Services Manager Permanent Ashington/ Durham £51,381 per annum Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Services Manager to join a social housing organisation on a permanent basis Responsibilities of the Housing Services Manager: Aim for high performing service delivery that minimises arrears and maximises income through a variety of proactive ways Lead, coach and develop a team of Income Officers to maximise the collection and recovery of current and former rents, service charges and other charges Ensure the rent and service charge setting process is managed and maintained Oversee and manage Former Tenant Arrears and recharges Implement health and safety policies and procedures, carrying out suitable and sufficient risk assessments according to risk assessment procedures Work with your team and internal departments, partners and stakeholders to improve service delivery and ensure our tenants receive an excellent service Assist in the implementation and review of relevant policies and processes ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and good practiceEssential for the Housing Services Manager: At least 2 years' experience in social housing with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Housing legislation Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate staff, preferably in a housing management environment if you feel this role may be suited to you then please get in contact with Shannon Netting in the Derby office at Sellick Partnership Sellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
