The Insight Analyst will be a junior role; supporting Liberty and the Insights & Analytics team by providing actionable insight to help the business deliver an unparalleled customer experience, as well as driving improvement in key business metrics.
The successful candidate will be someone with excellent communication skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business. They will play an integral role in influencing both business and customer strategies through quantitative data analysis.
They will work closely with the Insights & Analytics Manager to develop key analytics strategies and approaches to improving processes within the business.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate with stakeholders to capture requirements and identify key opportunities for improvement Use analytical and storytelling skills, taking the business owners on a journey to better understand the customer Ownership of regular and ad-hoc customer insight reports Work closely with the Insights & Analyst Manager to deliver action orientated insights Analysis of CRM campaigns across all marketing channels including the post campaign analysis to ensure ROI on activity Continuously improve existing reporting methods within Liberty Improve the efficiency of existing reporting methods using data visualisation and techniques in SQL, Microsoft Excel and BI Help monitor customer data quality and ensure any issues are appropriately resolved or escalated with IT stakeholders.
Acting as a provider of insights and reporting, the successful candidate will show the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. They will show an interest in customer insights, product performance and the entire purchasing journey on the Liberty website and in the Flagship store. They will be willing to use new tools and approaches to insights.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Analysing data sets in Excel Presenting results and key recommendations in Powerpoint (or equivalent tool) SQL and data interrogation of data sets Communication with stakeholders E-commerce analytics experience
Desirables Data Visualisation and BI (eg Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid Analytics) Google Analytics Retail and Customer Experience Marketing campaign analysis
