We need a Consultant Psychiatrist, Can you help? Role: Psychiatric/ Mental Health assessment & report Location: Remote Assessment Date: ASAP - the client will confirm available dates Reports needed by: 08/10/24 Rate - £850 We are seeking a psychiatric/ mental health assessment for a client that is currently on remand awaiting trial. This client has been charged with multiple offences, however given his history and testimony from his family - they have advised that this was completely out of character and believe the client is suffering from and has suffered some form of mental health issues which have affected his behaviour. A report is therefore needed to determine if the client's behaviour was affected by psychiatric issues and whet the client's current state of mind is. This report will be used to assist with sentencing. We have all case notes available, and we are actively trying to get hold of the GP records. As the client is in HMP, we will advise when there is availability for the assessment. The assessment will be carried out via MS Teams
