Wigan Registered Manager Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Wigan Pay rate: £45,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 42 hours Shift and schedule: Monday – Sunday, 08:00-22:00, Mixture of full and half days, Weekend Availability Priority Healthcare are recruiting for a talented Registered Manager for a children’s home in the Wigan area. Initially this role is to manage and lead the home whilst looking after the young individuals that live there. Salary and benefits: £5,000 OTE Bonus - Plus £3,000 welcome bonus. Working for one of the UK’s leading specialist therapeutic providers.  Clients & Role: Clients have learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Epilepsy. Ensure children receive excellent levels of emotional and physical care whilst promoting their independence. To manage the budget of the home. Providing leadership to the employees and ensuring the safety of all individuals. Complying and exceeding all regulatory standards. Managing the team and provide leadership. Requires management skills. Individual loves going out into the community. Promoting independence. Permanent role.  The successful applicant: Must possess a full UK driving license and be able to drive a manual vehicle. Have experience in a management role. Hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management. Have a minimum of 6 months care experience within the UK.
