Man in 40s with spinal issue requires lunch time carer visit

I am 41 and live just outside Bangor and have mobility issues due to spinal problems after cancer treatment. I have a partially fulfilled care package but at present only morning and night visits have been fulfilled. Require visit during daytime to help with toilet needs, lunch preparation or any other issue e.g. if I have had a fall etc. Require assistance ASAP will pay for 1 hours work even if only few minutes needed to check all ok.
