Business Analyst Manager Manchester - hybrid weekly Up to £85,000 A fast-growing, global re-insurer are looking for a Business Analyst manager to join their change team. You will be responsible for co-ordinating, monitoring and executing a clearly defined Change Programme that works in alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the business. The Business Analysis Manager will play a critical role in the Change leadership team responsible for shaping and setting the standards and methodology for Business Analysis, ensuring both leaders and peers deliver a shared purpose. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the current team of Business Analysts Own the business analysis methodology & standards. "Hands-on" in ensuring technical and business requirements are met. Shape & implement a standardised Business Analysis framework Planning and resource allocation of the BA team according to priorities set by the business. Skills & Experience Must have insurance / financial sector experience Lead or Senior Business Analyst. Proven experience directly managing and developing a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects and a large change portfolio Experience implementing a standardised Business Analysis framework and best practice in a change transformation environment.
