Content Manager

Premier Talent are hiring a Content Manager with a primary focus towards social-first content, on behalf of a well known and rapidly growing brand in the hospitality industry.

This a brand new role due to their growth.

Working closely with the senior marketing team at Head Office, you will manage a team of content creators, overseeing content creation, and ensuring alignment of content strategies with the business' objectives.

Amongst other things you will:

• Oversee all content creation including photography, social content, videos, infographics, and other formats.
• Manage the editorial calendar ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Measure performance of content.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve future content.
• Report on content performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with social media and email marketing teams to ensure cohesive content delivery across all platforms.

We are looking for:

• Proven Content Manager or similar experience
• Preferably in events or hospitality
• Experienced creating and managing content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and video.
• Strong project management skills - managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of content marketing best practice.
