As the Kitchen Manager you will look after managing and developing your team and product. Training and supporting the crew will be key and ensuring that all the food leaving the kitchen is the best that it can be. Youll work with and manage the kitchen crew doing all manner of jobs including prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and knocking out bangin bowls of ramen! Youll need kitchen and junior management experience but your attitude, standards, passion and enthusiasm is key.
