Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to deliver top-tier engineering projects that align with our business vision and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and adhere to project management and investment processes for technical investments Control project budgets and ensure transparent forecast spending from concept to closure Adhere to all project reporting requirements through company systems and processes Deliver projects on time, within the required quality, and to the agreed specifications Submit all project completion and handover documentation to relevant site teams Ensure adherence to the change management process Support the wider project team in achieving business goals Manage projects within your technical area of expertise Consider Total Cost of Ownership to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions Address the unique challenges of project management within a live FMCG environment Actively contribute to continuous improvement of systems and business processes Understand the impact of your actions on achieving business objectives Support improvement activities and events across all areas Collaborate with other teams to enhance business performance Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others Provide technical mentoring to project engineers Qualifications & Experience: Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) Previous experience in a similar role Must have experience in FMCG/F&B industries Experience with managing major investments Ability to operate in agile and dynamic environments Team player with a willingness to embrace continual change for improvement
