Turning over approx. 40-50k in food sales a week. Job Brief for head chef- As a head chef, you'll be reporting directly to the General Manager but be fully responsible for the day to day management of the kitchen operation and also leading the brigade. As head chef you will be hands on in food production/cooking and also developing a brigade of 15 to 20 staff. All food and produce is made in house or from their central production kitchen which is delivered to the restaurant daily. Other duties include creating weekly rotas, due diligence, health and safety and food safety, cost control, managing a GP.
