This Edinburgh-based property company is well established across Scotland. Due to an increase in workload, a role has been created for a Customer Service Advisor.
Your new role

  • Handle enquiries across various mediums of communications
  • To provide advice and guidance to tenants and customers.
  • Schedule and manage the diaries of teams
  • To provide basic administrative support to colleagues


What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and virtual
  • Recent and relevant experience of delivering high quality customer service
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Administration experience
  • Time management skills
