Job Requirements / Description
Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop thermal management systems for automotive applications, including HVAC, battery cooling, and power electronics cooling. * Perform thermal simulations and analyses using tools like ANSYS, CFD, and CAE to predict thermal performance and optimize designs. * Plan and execute thermal testing and validation of components and systems in both lab and vehicle environments. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal management systems with other vehicle systems. * Diagnose and resolve thermal issues in prototypes and production vehicles. * Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports. * Identify and implement new technologies and methods to improve thermal management efficiency and performance. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: 7-15 years of experience in automotive thermal management or a related field. Skills: * Proficiency in thermal simulation and analysis tools. * Strong understanding of heat transfer principles and thermal management systems. * Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies. * High attention to detail and accuracy in work
