Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Role: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Consultant/Resourcer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates across the Electrical and Gas markets, filling a variety of roles for our clients. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless delivery process.
