We are looking for a dynamic couple -Head Chef and General Manager to run the day to day operations under the owners. The pub is set to reopen in November. The pub is set to reopen under a great leadership team in November The Person The successful Head Chef and General Management couple will have the following A proven track record of successful managing a similar style pub Strong leadership skills, be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering their team. You will have experience in running busy operations, overseeing large teams, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business. Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, and staff retention. The ability to operate a high-demand kitchen.
