Job Title: Service Advisor – Customer Service Excellence Location: Cardiff Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + up to £7,200 bonus potential About the Role: We are looking for a Service Advisor with exceptional service to join a main dealership group in Cardiff. Ideal for someone with a customer service background who’s passionate about exceeding expectations and creating positive outcomes. Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks) Saturdays: 1 in 3 on a rota, 8:30am – 2:00pm Responsibilities: Manage customer service and repair requests with efficiency and professionalism. Keep customers informed and liaise with the workshop. Handle job orders, purchasing, and invoicing accurately. Offer clear solutions for repairs and maintain updated customer records. Upsell aftersales products where appropriate.Skills: Passionate about customer service, with problem-solving skills. IT literate and organized, with strong communication abilities.
