CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Handyman / fabric engineer Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards etc, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, plumbing and so on JOB INFORMATION -Carpenter As a Handyman / fabric engineer based from home you will be working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out carpentry such as fire doors, skirtings, kitchens & work tops, fencving and decking work and general property maintenance such as painting and decorating etc General building maintenance expereicne is required Covering the West side of London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely mannerCOMPANY INFORMATION Our client specialises in property services for private landlords and home owners across the West side of London Covering carpentry, painting and decorating, electrical and plumbing/heating services Operating a small and close knit team of multi-skilled engineers across NW, W and SW London
