Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Family Team Fee Earner to join our team, with a hybrid working model based from our clients Bridgwater office, offering flexibility between office and home working. THE ROLE: You will handle a wide range of privately funded family law work, including: Divorce and civil partnerships Cohabitation disputes Financial settlements TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) advice up to court Cohabitation agreements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and separation agreements Child arrangementsYou will also attend and represent clients in court and may need to attend clients at our other offices when required. THE CANDIDATE: You are likely a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced role with ample room for growth.
