Job Title: Interim Finance Consultant Location: Southampton (2 days in office)Rate: £500-£600 DOEContract: 3 Months Start: ImmediatelyCK10032Finatal is seeking an energetic finance consultant to join a dynamic, private equity-backed renewable energy firm who, as part of their growth strategy, are looking to expand their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to be a key player within the core finance function.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders and different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective financial models.Help with the budget and forecasting process.Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support business planning and budgeting.Develop insightful reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance and key metrics to management.Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to senior leadership as needed.Analysing large data sets using Power BI.Requirements:Accounting qualified. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.Proven experience within a private equity portfolio firm, preferably within an SME.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
