Key Responsibilities : Pension Scheme Management : Planning & Coordination : Engage with trustees, chairs, and in-house pension teams. Scheme Administration : Organize and attend meetings, manage minutes, and address follow-up actions. Member Engagement : Handle communications such as newsletters and funding statements. Governance & Projects : Supervise budget management, risk assessments, and strategic project execution. Business Development & Client Relations : Networking : Build and sustain professional relationships to foster business growth. Content Creation : Contribute to marketing materials and digital content. Client Handling : Manage client invoicing, respond to RFPs, and handle agreements. Team Leadership & Workflow : Training & Protocols : Engage in team training, set work protocols, and manage workflow tools. General Responsibilities : Drive business growth and improve processes. Participate in performance management and promote a positive company culture. What We’re Looking For : Experience : Extensive background with occupational pension schemes (5-10 years). Knowledge : Current understanding of pensions and industry trends. Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong communication and analytical abilities. Preferred Qualifications : APMI, actuarial qualifications, or similar credentials. Ideal Candidate : Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
