This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, SuccessFactors technology, and public sector regulations. Security clearance is desirable due to the nature of the projects.Key Skills & Experience:Technical ExpertiseExtensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution architecture.Strong understanding of HR processes and public sector-specific challenges.Proficiency in integration methods (APIs, middleware, etc.)Project ManagementProven track record of leading complex HR technology projects.Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.Security and ComplianceUnderstanding of public sector security requirements and data compliance standards.Existing security clearance is desirable, or willingness to undergo vetting.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related discipline.SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.Main Responsibilities:Solution Design and ArchitectureDefine and manage the overall SuccessFactors Employee Central architecture for public sector implementations.Develop comprehensive systems specifications that promote ease of use, integration, and performance.Implementation LeadershipLead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Ensure alignment with client business goals and regulatory requirements.Public Sector ExpertiseUtilize expertise in public sector regulations, policies, and practices to tailor SuccessFactors solutions.Ensure compliance with relevant security and data protection standards.Stakeholder ManagementEngage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Team CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to deliver integrated solutions.Provide mentorship and support to project team members.Security and ComplianceEnsure that all solutions adhere to public sector security and compliance regulations.Support security vetting processes for relevant projects.Continuous ImprovementAdvocate for best practice, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.Participate in strategic initiatives to advance the capabilities of the SuccessFactors platform within the public sector.Location: London hybrid Candidates must be eligible to work in this country and be eligible for SC Catch Resource Management is a leading provider of Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, NetSuite and other ERP resources to both end users and to product suppliers/authors.Our consultants deliver a completely professional resourcing service, always backed up by our team of ERP specialists who are all experienced in full project life cycle implementation and support, thus ensuring that we fully understand our clients’ requirements and our candidates’ skills.If you have the relevant skills and experience for this position we would welcome your application, however please note that we receive high levels of responses to our advertisements so can only immediately respond to those that are a close match.
