Forge strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Oversee daily activities for paid social media to achieve business goals Develop and implement effective planning and full-cycle campaign management Work with Channel Strategists for a comprehensive performance marketing strategy Engage in both short-term and long-term planning to keep ideas fresh and impactful Collaborate with directors and other teams on SEO, PR, and design projects Support and guide junior team members in paid social practices Create marketing funnels to improve campaign performance Contribute to new business pitches and proposals Produce and deliver training materials and sessions as needed Regularly review accounts to spot new opportunities The ideal candidate will have/be: ? 2 years of paid social media advertising experience within media agencies environment Deep knowledge of social campaign strategies and platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics Excellent at building relationships and conveying ideas effectively Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Good understanding of conversion campaigns, e-commerce, lead generation, and branding.
