HGV 2 Driver

HGV Class 2 - Hoddesdon

We are currently recruiting for full time HGV Class 2 drivers for permanent roles in our depot in Hoddesdon. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, From 8 to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages.

Must have experience and Class 2 license a minimum of 2 years.

Immediate starts for successful Candidates

Shifts available:

• 5 on 2 off ( 5 over 7, but one shift must include a weekend day )
• 01:00 - 05:00 starts

Salary:

• Mon-Fri £36,917.30
• 1 Weekend day £39,040.39
• Both Weekend days £40,823.23

Hourly rates for additional shifts:

Monday to Friday £16.94

Saturdays £20.15

Sundays £22.89

What we are looking for;

• In date DIGI and CPC card.
• 2 years class 2 experience.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Motivated and open to learn new skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refuelling vehicles.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
