One of the leading Building Contractors in the UK is currently looking for a Permanent Site Manager to join their exciting new 40m project in Wolverhampton!
Responsibilities:
Day to Day management of site and workforce
Plan works, organisation of plant and site facilities
Collaborate with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
Ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to across site.
About you:
The successful Site Manager will have a background in construction, ideally within the following aspects:
Education/ Commercial/ Retail/ Healthcare
Temporary Works Coordinator
Previously managed sites on multi-million pound projects
This is a permanent position that will come with a negotiable salary, car allowance, 33 days annual leave, pension contributions and life assurance. Contractors will NOT be considered.
