Employee Relations Advisor

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor.You will be part of a team of 6 ER Advisors, reporting into the ER Manager and supporting stakeholders in a large/matrix organisation.Duties: Advising managers on all Employee Relations issues.Providing timely advice and guidance to line managers on employment law/company policies and procedures.Building strong working relationships with client groups and supporting business change projects and programs as required.Assisting in the compilation of reports on HR/ER activity highlighting any areas of concern and working with the relevant member of the People & Culture team to implement measures / take appropriate action to address these concerns.Skills/Qualifications: Previous ER experience is essential, preferably in a Unionised environment.Experience of working in a fast paced or high-volume environment.Knowledge of Employment Law, appropriate legislation and HR related policies.Strong interpersonal/influencing skills, including excellent communication skills.Strong decision making and analytical skills.Good organisational skills.Resilient and able to work using own initiative.Degree / CIPD qualification or equivalent job-related experience.Benefits: Free travelDB Pension schemePlease quote 50715 when calling Martin at Alexander Lloyd or email them at [email protected].
