Production Operative

Ready for an immediate start? This Temp-to-Perm role is perfect for a hands-on candidate looking to secure a permanent position after a successful probation period. As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in diverse tasks across the site, from pouring concrete into moulds and assembling timber frames to using hand and power tools. You'll collaborate with your team both in the yard and factory, ensuring smooth daily operations and handling general clean-up as needed. The role is physically demanding, so familiarity with manual handling will be a strong advantage! Production Operative Duties: Proficient with hand and power tools Experience in labouring is an advantage Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Building and construction experience is preferred but not required Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and tackling daily challengesHours, Pay & Benefits: Hours of work rotate weekly between 6am to 3pm and 8am to 5pm £12 - £15+ p/hour Overtime available at time and a half Working in a sheltered area If you are looking for immediate Production Operative work in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area, please apply now.
