Lead ServiceNow Consultant

A growing business is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant to become a key player in their dynamic team in London. Along with a salary of up to £90,000 per annum, you will receive a rage of benefits including  hybrid working (2 days per week in the office), a pension scheme, competitive holiday allowance plus more!  This role presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) initiatives, with a focus on Discovery. If you have a passion for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM and can demonstrate a solid track record in these domains, we want to hear from you!  As Lead ServiceNow Consultant, your key responsibilities will include: Taking the lead in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions, (particularly in Discovery) Being the engagement lead by collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gain insight into their business requirements and translating those into effective technical solutions. Managing the integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and streamline processes. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers. Working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM to drive continuous improvement. We’re looking for a Lead ServiceNow Consultant with:  Extensive proven experience as a Lead Technical Consultant, with a strong emphasis on ITSM and ITOM, especially in Discovery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with ServiceNow modules: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM) are a bonus, but not mandatory. Willingness to work in a hybrid model, spending 2 days per week in the office in London.
