About the role Are you experienced in recruitment but want to expand your broader HR knowledge? As our People Co-ordinator/Administrator, your role is crucial to our People experience. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll take care of all our People data, keeping our People Operations efficient and seamless. Want to automate a process or make something less clunky? Go for it. We are looking for someone that takes initiative, wants to continually improve processes and wants to have hands on experience of the People lifecycle. This role is fully remote. What does success look like? These are the outcomes we are looking for this role to deliver… how you make this happen can be driven by you Initial owner of the recruitment process, including advertising roles, short listing candidates, conducting pre-screening calls. interview scheduling, updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) and managing integrations with our People system Owner of the company LinkedIn page, ATS system and Glassdoor account, ensuring all communication is professional, warm and timely, whilst supporting our hiring managers Ownership of all onboarding and offboarding tasks for permanent colleagues and contractors globally, including contract creation using various platforms, background checks, and management of the internal onboarding and offboarding process within the People system Warm welcomes – meaning new starters have a smooth start from the People Team, supporting a seamless transition from attraction to welcome Good global goodbyes – meaning anyone who leaves is supported with a simple and considered leaving journey Excellent communication and relationship with the People Business Partner and key stakeholders, ensuring we support our hiring line managers Ensure our People system and company intranet is up to date with all people data and documents accurately stored and accessible Express your creative side with ownership of the company internal Newsletter Proactively supporting People Business Partner with all company events, both virtual and in person First point of contact for all things People, such as benefit queries and general people enquiries Holiday admin support – Organising celebration hampers/Christmas cards Supporting the People team and business with ad hoc exciting (and if not exciting, very helpful) assignments Essential for this role… Experience and passion for supporting with attraction and recruitment with working knowledge of LinkedIn Highly organised with a keen attention to detail, you spot the little things others miss so our People Experience is seamless and accurate An adaptable and human communicator, able to liaise with all levels of seniority with tact; your written & verbal style flexes to each scenario or stakeholders Experience working with high volumes of People info and tangible examples where you’ve proactively prevented admin errors via your meticulous approach A continuous improvement mindset, you’ll want to constantly simplify and streamline processes using tools like workflows, or if you’re unsure…you’re up for finding out Curious and capable when it comes to analytics, you’ll revel in digging into the data to identify and share trends Confidence in juggling a busy and varied to do list; you can prioritise like a pro, considering urgency, importance and people impact to keep things moving System savvy, you’ll ideally have worked with a variety of ‘HR’ platforms before and are efficient with the MS suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc) Ability to be flexible with taking calls from candidates Ideal working pattern but we are flexible…. Weekly Hours: Between 20-25 hours Days works: Monday – Thursday (4 or 5 days per week)
