What's in it for you? £60000 - £70,000 + bonus + benefits Flexible Working On site parking About your next employer Responsible for the overall financial management of the business and work closely with the Managing Director to maintain the company's long-term business & operational objectives. Provide strategic and operational financial leadership to ensure the effective financial planning, reporting, and day to day management of a small finance team. Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, review, and presentation of budgets to senior management. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax filings, financial audits, and regulatory reporting. Lead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
