Role Overview As the Senior Marketing Manager for Invision360, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the local government sector, coupled with a creative flair and strong leadership skills. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with local authorities, establishing the company as a thought leader in the industry, and driving demand for our solutions. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on reaching and resonating with local authorities. Define target audience segments, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies to differentiate our offerings in the market. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the marketing team, driving creativity, innovation, and excellence in execution. Brand Building and Thought Leadership: Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to establish the company as a trusted authority in the local government sector. Create compelling content, thought leadership pieces, and case studies to showcase our expertise and demonstrate the value of our solutions to local authorities. Lead Generation and Demand Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through a mix of inbound and outbound marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns and programs that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth. Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop customer engagement strategies and programs to nurture relationships with existing clients, drive customer loyalty, and encourage advocacy. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Utilise market intelligence to identify opportunities for product differentiation, pricing optimization, and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications and Skills Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired (but not essential) Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with experience targeting local government clients. Deep understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches. Leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software, and digital analytics tools.
