Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in generating new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach and a genuine interest in understanding clients’ IT needs in order to be successful. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Build and nurture relationships with prospects to identify their IT requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies. Track and report on sales metrics and performance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools would be beneficial but not essential A passion for technology and helping businesses succeed would be beneficial What’s on Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
