QS required ASAP for National Residential Developer / Housebuilder in Surrey
My client has a vacancy for a Project level Quantity Surveyor to work within their commercial team from their Surrey offices, including site visits and hybrid working.
You'll come from either a residential developer / housebuilder background or main contractor including on new build residential projects, and ideally have experience of commercially managing your own projects from inception to completion.
This role could also suit someone ready to take the next step up from No2 / Intermediate QS to Project Surveyor running their own project.
COINS experience is a real benefit, though not essential.
This role will offer career progression and opportunity to move through to Senior QS / Managing Surveyor / Commercial Manager for the right person.
