Role - Kitchen Manager Salary - Up to £34,000 p.a. + bonus potential Location - William Bourne, Chessington We're on the lookout for a really good Kitchen Manager who will lead and develop the team at the William Bourne to ensure the kitchen runs like clockwork and fully compliant with all things food safety. As Kitchen Manager we would ideally like you to have a at least 1 years experience of managing a team / kitchen. The duties and responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager will be: L eading the team ensuring kitchen operational standards are always the highest. Achievement of financial and company targets. Training and developing the team, guiding them, and helping them grow both professionally and personally. The ideal Kitchen Manager will: Be an experienced chef / cook, i deally having worked in a supervisory position for at least 1 year. Experience with managing food safety and stock auditing Have experience working with a branded menu.
