Bench Joiner

Job Title: Bench Hand Joiner

Salary: Up to 14.30

Location: Ossett

Job Requirements:

• Assemble pre-cut and prefabricated parts to form complete units using hand and power tools
• Work on bespoke builds using a variety of materials including solid surface
• Check all components supplied against cutting lists are available to complete units
• Ensure job cards are complete and accurate informing discrepancies to relevant manager and/or department
• Recording tasks on our SAP system (training provided)
• Produce work to the highest standard in a timely manner
• Maintain all tools used and report faulty machinery
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Immediate start

Experience and attributes required:

• At least 2 years bench hand joinery experience
• Experience of solid surface work is preffered but not mandatory
• Ability to work on own initiative with or without supervison
• The ability to work under pressure
• Able to progress and develop within the role to meet workload demands
• Experience in using warehouse management systems to record and track work tasks

Hours:

8:00am - 4.00pm (Monday to Thursday)

8:00am - 3:15pm (Friday)
