Service Delivery Manager – Glasgow £40,000 + Benefits Water Hygiene Division My client is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Service DeliveryManager to lead their Water Hygiene division from their Scottish office. Our client is a leading provider of Water Hygiene Solutions, renowned for their commitment to safety & quality. With a strong presence in the industry, they are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of water hygiene, making a positive impact on communities and the environment. Their Glasgow office is a vibrant hub of expertise and collaboration, where every team member plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to clients. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a dedicated team of water hygiene professionals, ensuring a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction. * Compliance Oversight: Develop and enforce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Training and Development: Conduct toolbox talks and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture and enhance team knowledge. * Contract Management: Manage contracts effectively, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained. * Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements and best practices where necessary. * Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met. * Project Management: Oversee project delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. * Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in managing the departmental budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. What My Client Is Looking For: * Strong background from a Water Hygiene Consultancy with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Expertise in service delivery management principles and best practices. * Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
