Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned Boxcar Bread & Wine is a neighbourhood spot focusing on breakfast/brunch and moving into a small plates offering in the evening. What Were Looking For : Good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques. Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organisation skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Understanding of the energy and dedication required for a new opening, and a willingness to contribute your best effort to the team. Eagerness to learn and grow, with a desire to gain a deeper understanding of kitchen operations.
