Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Bath, Somerset Salary/Benefits: £24k - £40k + Training & Benefits We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Commercial, Residential, Local Authority and Public Sector contracts in the South West of England. Alongside practical surveying / analytical experience, candidates will also need experience liaising with Clients directly, to discuss technical issues, as well as proven track record of working closely with site operatives, and maintaining site-wide compliance. Experience / Qualifications: - You must have existing experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a reputable outfit - Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent) - Strong report writing skills and IT proficiency - Robust industry technical knowledge and proactive in maintaining personal levels of compliance & understanding - Great interpersonal skills and ability to manage teams The Role: - Undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys and Analytical duties across a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Residential, Local Authority and Public Sector - Completing Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys - Conducting 4 Stage Clearances - Personal, Leak, Background, Reassurance Air Testing - Working in accordance with UKAS and HSE guidelines - Producing detailed work reports and supporting schematic drawings Alternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Site Analyst, Environmental Surveyor.
