The Role Responsible for the accurate, timely movement and delivery of our customers' products Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times Securing load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage Ensure that all paperwork is signed, and any agreed returns are collected and loaded Provide excellent customer service at all times and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery Conduct through pre and post vehicle checks, raising any defects to the attention of Transport Office Participate in any training to carry out the Driver role safely and within expectationsThe Person A valid in date Class 1 licence To hold a Digital tachograph card Wagon & Drag draw bar experience preferable but not essential To have no more than 6 points on your licence Good customer facing awareness skills To be a good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised Enthusiasm and reliability Good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work Great geographical knowledgeTo be a great team player.
