Key Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional hair colouring services, including highlights, balayage, and creative colour work. * Provide consultations to clients, offering professional advice on colour choices and maintenance. * Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairdressing industry. * Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service and personalized experiences. * Work collaboratively with other stylists and team members to ensure the salon operates smoothly. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio of colour work. * NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualifications. * Extensive knowledge of colour theory, application techniques, and aftercare. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. * Passionate about hairdressing with a creative flair.
