Solicitor Our highly-regarded client are searching for either an experienced, NQ or in the process of qualifying Insolvency Solicitor to join their Insolvency Law Practice in Dorset. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met. Most of the team's clients are insolvency practitioners acting as liquidators, administrators, trustees in bankruptcy and in other formal appointments. You may not have much experience in insolvency law, however training will be provided throughout, if this is something you would like to focus on as a career. They are well known as a firm that support your development throughout. This is an prolific opportunity for the right individual to flourish and they will look to provide a starting salary of between £40,000 - £55,000, dependant on experience.
