Construction Safety and CDM Consultant

Construction Safety and CDM Consultant to join a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy. You will be responsible for the delivery of professional Health, Safety and CDM consultancy to clients across broad ranging sectors. This is a hybrid role where your time will be split working between project locations, home and the office in London. Duties include: * Providing CDM advice and support to Client Teams. * Working independently on smaller projects or as part of a team on larger projects to deliver the Principal Designer duties and CDM advisor role. * Attending Design and Project Meetings as required throughout projects. * Visiting project sites to carry out inspections. * Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, demolition and lifting plans etc. * Undertaking site Health and Safety reviews and producing reports for Clients. * Working to deadlines ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget. * Supporting team members. Qualifications * NEBOSH General and preferably progressing with further safety qualifications * Hold or be working towards CMAPS status. Membership of IOSH/IIRSM/CIOB (preferable). Experience * Experience gained in client side CDM/Health and Safety roles. * Working knowledge of the principals of design risk management. * Experience applying the CDM Regulations and delivering an advisory service. The role is paying £40k-£50k plus benefits
