Maintenance Supervisor
My client is a leading facilities provider, due to an expansion of a contract they are seeking a supervisor to join an established team. You will ideally have an electrical background (client happy to look at mechanical) with a proven track record in commercial maintenance and ability to pass a security check.

Duties will include making sure PPM's and reactives are out with the engineers, monitor KPI's targets, rotas for the engineers, making sure toolbox talks are done, reports for senior management, appraisals for engineers, managing subcontractors, managing a budget as well as helping out with fault finding and working with the client.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is 45K, plus OT, company benefits.
