We would Ask that you DO NOT apply if you are requiring Sponsorship for this role, as we and the client we are representing do not offer sponsorship. *Job Title: * Support Workers *Location: * Norfolk (because who doesn't love a good beach and some medieval history?) *Salary: * £25,000 - £34,000 PA (That's a lot of fish and chips!) *What You’ll Be Up To:* - Providing exceptional support to individuals with: - Learning Disabilities - Autism - Possible Challenging Behaviours - Complex Care Needs - Using your superpowers to make a positive impact every day - Collaborating with a team of dynamic and dedicated professionals *What We’re Looking For:* - **Experience:** Previous experience working with the above mentioned needs is absolutely essential. You’ve been there, done that, got the superhero cape! We will give you additional tools, just like spiderman has to train, we will ensure you are fully trained and compliant to make a difference. *Attitude: * A can do approach that would make even the most pessimistic pessimist smile. *Right to Work: * You must have the right to work in the UK.
