Leasing Executive Salary: £30,000 plus 20% discretionary bonus Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday with 1 day off in lieu per week Currently working in lettings or BTR leasing and have the desire to work for a market leading property business? I am working closely with a highly regarded BTR provider, who are looking to hire a Leasing Executive as a result of their expanding portfolio. You will assist the Senior Portfolio Manager in all matters relating to the lease up of a brand new site, with the view to then help maintain occupancy levels whilst reporting/presenting and coming up with new leasing strategies to be presented to the Leasing Director and the client. To ensure that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data Co-ordinating the online marketing of available apartments Put together demographic data, reports and compile information along with commentary In conjunction with the General Manager/Senior Portfolio Manager and Leasing Director - carrying out regular rent analysis of the local market Compiling regular letting performance for use in discussions with the client and Savills senior As part of the wider site team, create a best in class community through communication, events and innovations Delivery of ad-hoc projects provided by the General Manager or Senior Portfolio Manager Experience of working in BTR leasing or lettings Confident in using all Microsoft platforms including, Word, Outlook, excel and shared point Flexible and cooperative at all times, working as a member of a Team Understanding the importance of achieving deadlines and ensuring quality output
