The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years kitchen and or bathroom industry experience although exceptional candidates without experience may still be considered.You will actively manage and lead the operations team through the next phase of expansion and growth. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations, mentoring and working with the operations team at the head office in Essex to manage installations delivering operational excellence and client delight. We are a small team and you will be required to manage your own installations and clients in addition to bearing responsibility for ensuring the companies procedures and processes are strictly followed by all team members across the business.
