Remit Objectives Business Development - Drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and expanding the market presence. Team Management – Lead, grow and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development. Operational Oversight- Ensure efficient and effective operations across all facets of the business, including recruitment processes, financial management, and regulatory compliance. USPs: The business owners have a pedigree in leading and scaling up recruitment businesses within specific markets. Requirements: It is essential that you have experience as a high performance 360 financial recruiter within a regional or global capacity, live or will relocate to Dubai and happy with an office-based role.
