Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join the London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant consultancy that prides itself on delivering high-quality, sustainable planning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a variety of planning applications and appeals. Provide expert planning advice to clients, including developers, local authorities, and landowners. Engage with stakeholders, attend meetings, and liaise with local authorities. Conduct research, feasibility assessments, and provide planning appraisals. Prepare planning reports, policy documents, and statements. Lead and contribute to public consultations and community engagement processes. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall growth of the team.Requirements: A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline. Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards chartered status. Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and the London planning framework. Proven experience in managing complex planning applications and appeals. Excellent communication and report writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
