Job SummaryUnder the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Director, the Marketing Executive will support the effective delivery of marketing strategy for the business unit that delivers a strong prospect database for current and future developments, and strengthens the Taylor Wimpey brand in local communities and nationally.Primary responsibilitiesRegularly update the content of the business unit’s website pages, both at Sales and Land phase on the Taylor Wimpey website, ensuring information and availability is accurate and follows nationally mandated best practice guidance;Coordinate the creation, accuracy, and content of nationally mandated creative assets for development and business unit marketing communications, working closely with our roster of creative, media, and PR agencies alongside the Sales & Marketing Director.Maintain the standard rolling three-month plan under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Director, implementing marketing campaigns for all developments. Deliver a consistent Taylor Wimpey brand experience across all channels, using templated creative and best practice guidance. Use Microsoft Dynamics to set up and monitor marketing campaigns, including to review and approve emails and monitor new leads.Coordinate agencies to deliver effective development launches including brochure set up, website set up and support for sales information and signage set up.Act as Social Media Lead for the Business Unit, answering queries as set out in the Taylor Wimpey Social Media Guidelines. Coordinate activities within the Taylor Wimpey Community Communication Plan throughout the lifecycle of all developments, working closely with the PR agency to build our reputation in the areas in which we build;Review effectiveness and ROI of campaigns using standard monthly reports and online analytic tools and discuss actions with the Sales & Marketing Director to improve existing and future marketing campaigns.Input into monthly meetings, led by the Sales & Marketing Director and with external agencies using the approved agenda and focus site reports. Monitor the annual marketing budget for the business unit under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Director;Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures.Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.Experience, Qualifications & Technical RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role.Degree in Marketing would be an advantage or a recent CIM qualification.Strong project management/organisational skills.Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.Good copywriting skills.Understanding of customer segmentation.Understanding of email marketing, Meta and Google marketing products.A keen interest in following marketing trends.Inclusivity StatementAs a proud Disability Confident Employer, Taylor Wimpey is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
