Estate Surveyor

Bromley Council are looking to recruit an Estate Surveyor.

The London Borough of Bromley Estates team are currently managing a very active property transformation programme involving a number of high priority property acquisitions and disposals alongside their day-to-day estate management activities.

In this role, you will be primarily leading on a mix of acquisition and disposals including leisure, residential, commercial, land and other site types together with a traditional case load of Landlord and Tenant type transactions.
